Ricardo Guerra is a Cuban-American drummer/percussionist, composer, and educator based in Miami, FL. Most recently, he started a Master's degree in performance at Global Jazz Institute at Berklee, where he has had the opportunity of studying with Danilo Perez, John Patitucci, and Kris Davis, among others. Ricardo's teaching experience includes over 20 private students in his studio at a time, as well as work with non-profit organizations in Miami and virtual teaching in Panama and Costa Rica.

She was also the composer-in-residence with the Northern Ohio Youth Orchestra during their 2017-18 concert season, for whom she wrote The Blue Marble.
