Adam Sweet is a seasoned music educator, historian, and entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in traditional and roots music. A graduate of Hampshire College with a Bachelor's Degree in Musicology and Expressive Arts Therapy, Adam opened his music studio the day after graduation in 1985 and has been passionately teaching adults and teens ever since. A skilled violinist and mandolin player, Adam's expertise extends beyond performance to the rich history of American roots music. He is the President and co-founder of Mandolin New England, Inc., a nonprofit mandolin orchestra that brings free performances to communities across the region.
