Soprano, Samantha DiCapio, has been praised for her “seamless technique” and “uniquely warm vocal color”.As a teacher, Samantha is comfortable teaching students of all ages and levels. She specializes in the Bel Canto Technique and is knowledge about opera, art songs and choral literature.At the age of eighteen, Samantha made her debut as the 2nd Nymph in Rusalka with Opera Slavica.Operatic roles include: Musetta (La Boheme), Liu (Turandot), Suor Genoveffa (Suor Angelica), Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), Adele (Die Fledermaus), Flora (La Traviata), Giannetta (L’Elisir d’Amore) and La Princesse (L’Enfant et les Sortilèges).Samantha has performed in many prestigious New York Venues such as Carnegie Hall, David Geffen Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, and The Kaye Playhouse. Abroad, Samantha is a regular performer in both France and Italy.Samantha is a graduate of the Mannes School of Music.
