Japanese Violinist, Koko Watanabe is excited to share her passion with students who love making music. She graduated from Cleveland Institute of Music where she earned Artist Diploma in Violin Performance. She is a member of ProMusica Chamber Orchestra and has performed with the Pittsburgh Symphony regularly. Koko is a certified Suzuki Method instructor and has over 10 years of experience. She provides a positive, fun, and safe environment to each class and likes to focus on developing beautiful tone/posture. Parental involvement is welcomed and encouraged for beginners under 10 years old.

She holds positions with the Colorado Music Festival, Allentown Symphony Orchestra, Symphony in C, and Baltimore-based string orchestra Mt. Vernon Virtuosi.
